Any call to our search or recommendations endpoints — including the embedded widgets on your store. Widget impressions are batched on the client to keep your usage low. A typical store on Growth uses ~30k requests / month, well under the 100k included.

Nothing breaks. We charge the overage rate for each additional 1,000 requests, and you're protected by the monthly cap ($50 on Starter, $100 on Growth, $200 on Amplify) — you'll never be surprised by a 10× bill.

Up or down, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. All catalog data, analytics history, and rules move with you.

No. The monthly plan price + any usage overage is the entire bill. We never take a percentage of your revenue. The only variable is request volume — and the cap keeps that bounded.
